All our products come with help information designed to explain how to install & configure them. In many cases, you may find the answer there.

• Product documentation is available in the "Help" directory created by Setup Wizard within the Sentry-go installation location. For example in "C:\Program Files\Sentry-go Monitoring System\Help".

• Help files are provided in PDF format & can be viewed using any PDF viewer such as Adobe Reader. Download the free Adobe Acrobat viewer here.

• Help is also available from within Sentry-go. Simply start your web browser & navigate to the monitor's home page. From there select "Get Help with Sentry-go" from the menu.  

• For Sentry-go Utilities, the help & "read me" file will be installed in the same directory as the utility.

 
Sentry-go Solutions is a web site that provides technical help & assistance to registered Sentry-go customers. Using information captured by Sentry-go monitors, the site allows you to search the web for articles that may help you pinpoint & resolve the issues detected.
