Retired Solutions |
As our software is updated & enhanced, some older solutions are retired.

Sentry-go Quick Monitor Licences & Plus! Components v 5.x are now available & we
recommend that customers running Quick Monitors v4.x upgrade to the latest
version. Sentry-go Quick Monitors v4.x continue to be supported but are no longer available for sale or
evaluation

Is the answer in the help files ? |
|
All our products come with help information designed to explain how to install &
configure them. In many cases, you may find the answer there.

Documentation for the Sentry-go Monitoring System v5.x is available in the
"Help" directory created by Setup Wizardwithin the Sentry-go installation
location, for example "C:\Program Files\Sentry-go Plus!\Help".

Help files are provided in PDF format & can be viewed using any PDF viewer such as Adobe
Reader, available here.

You can also access help directly from the Sentry-go monitor. Simply navigate to
the monitor's home page and select "Get Help with Sentry-go Plus!" from the
menu.

For Sentry-go Quick Monitors, help is provided through "Books On-line" which can
be installed as an option using the Setup Wizard.
If installed they will be located in the "Help" directory and are in HTML
format. By default this will be "C:\Program
Files\Sentry-go\Help".

For Sentry-go Utilities, the help & "read me" file will be installed in the same
directory as the utility.

Our software is periodically updated to incorporate both new features & any
corrections that may be necessary to an earlier release. If you're experiencing
a problem, it may already be resolved!
