Is the answer in the
help files ?
|
All our products come with help information designed to explain how to install &
configure them. In many cases, you may find the answer there.

For Sentry-go Plus!, help files are located, if installed, under "Help" in the directory you
installed Sentry-go. By default this will be "C:\Program Files\Sentry-go
Plus!\Help". They can be viewed using your web browser.
You can also access help direct from the monitor's web server. Simply display
the monitor's home page and select "Get Help with Sentry-go Plus!" from the
menu.
Sentry-go Plus! documentation can also be accessed online.
For Sentry-go Quick Monitors, help is provided through "Books On-line" which can
be installed as an option using the Setup Wizard. If installed they will be located in the "Help" directory and are in HTML
format. By default this will be "C:\Program Files\Sentry-go\Help".
For Sentry-go Utilities, the help & "read me" file will be installed in the same directory
as the utility.

Have you got the latest version of
software ?

Our software is periodically updated to incorporate both new features & any
corrections that may be necessary to an earlier release. If you're experiencing
a problem, it may already be resolved!
The Knowledgebase includes articles written by our technical support team in
response to issues that have arisen or been reported by customers. They offer
advice as to why a problem might occur and how it may be resolved either with
Sentry-go or third party applications or operating systems.
