Many monitoring solutions can be both complex & expensive. Some even requiring dedicated
teams or development personnel just to set up & manage the monitoring software
itself.
Sentry-go Plus! builds on the Quick Monitor principle of being both quick & easy
to use. Configuration, for example, is performed through a dedicated client
interface, known as the Client Console. The Console is the one-stop shop for accessing,
managing & configuring Sentry-go Plus! monitors both locally & remotely from
your desktop.
Simply install the Sentry-go Plus! monitor, register it with the Console & add
the appropriate component licence(s). You can then view & modify the base
settings installed by the Setup Wizard to meet your needs. Each component is configured using its own tab, tailored to make the
process as quick & as simple as possible.

Existing checks can be modified from here & new checks added. Simply display the
check's properties from
the main list to define the check itself, its success or failure result & the
action to be taken should the test fail. For example, you might wish to run an automatic response, or
send an alert to one or more administrators.
You can also define how often checks are to be performed; for some, this
includes the option of running periodically or scheduling it to be performed at
set times during the day or week.
The Sentry-go Plus! Client Console also allows you to ...
View alerts as they occur from all registered monitors
Access web reports from all registered monitors m all registered monitors from all registered monitors
Connect to & access activity information in real-time
Copy configuration settings between Sentry-go Plus! monitors
Add or move monitoring components
