Sentry-go Enterprise Option

The Sentry-go Enterprise Option is an optional component that allows status & alert information from all your Quick & Plus! monitors within the environment to be accessed centrally.
 
Using a SQL Server database, the self-maintaining system collates information and allows it to be accessed using the monitor's integrated web server.
 

 
Sentry-go monitors run locally on their own respective server, monitoring either local resources or using the network to perform external checks, send alerts etc. Management functions are provided centrally through the Client Console, and information can be accessed via alerting or integrated web reports.

Although these monitors run individually, the Enterprise Option provides a more global view of the information and allows it to be accessed & compared from single reports.
   

 
As the name suggests, it’s an optional component that can be used in conjunction with the Sentry-go Monitoring System and requires no additional hardware or software above the SQL Server database itself.

Monitors continue to operate locally as before and can be accessed in the normal way via the Console Client & desktop browser. However, monitoring information from across all monitors can additionally be accessed centrally from combined web reports to give a single "enterprise" view.
 

The Enterprise Option gives users the ability to see & treat all server-based monitors as a whole. With it, you can view aspects of the entire enterprise, rather than just on a server by server basis that is normally available.
