licence key ?
If you download or purchase on-line, licence information is also shown on-line
during the download process. It is also e-mailed to you, which should take just
a few minutes, depending on network conditions and the speed of your provider.
Please ensure that any SPAM filter settings allow e-mails from

be used to send licence information from.
Q. I haven't received my licence key. What should I do ?
For on-line downloads & transactions, it should take only a few moments to
receive your licence key by e-mail. Details should also be shown to you during
the download, allowing you to copy them from there.
Licence information is sent to the address
given on your order. Sometimes it can take longer to arrive and sometimes SPAM
settings prevent our mails getting through to you ...
