install the monitor again ?
No you can simply upgrade the licence. For Sentry-go Plus! you simply enter the licences of the
monitoring components you wish to activate. Current settings will be retained
when you upgrade.

Q. After I request an evaluation or purchase the product, how long will it
take to get my
licence key ?
If you download or purchase on-line, the process should take just a few minutes,
depending on network conditions and the speed of your provider. Licence
information is sent via e-mail and delays of an hour or so can sometimes occur.
If you don't receive your licence in a timely fashion, simply e-mail
Sales@Sentry-go.com with proof of
purchase or details of the evaluation and we will look into it for you. Licence information is sent to the
address given on your order.
Q. I haven't received my licence key. What should I do ?
For on-line downloads & transactions, it should take only a few moments to
receive your licence key by e-mail. Licence information is sent to the address
given on your order. Sometimes it can take longer to arrive and sometimes SPAM
settings prevent our mails getting through to you ...
